Pennsylvania Brony Convicted for Child Pornography
Robert E. Miller III, 34 was convicted Wednesday of possessing child pornography in York County Pennsylvania. He was arrested in June of 2016 and was discovered to be a user of a "known child pornography website" according to the US Justice Department. He was discovered to have hundreds of files of Child Pornography, and prosecution specifically provided evidence during his 3-day trial, that he was a brony according to the York Dispatch.
Police had recieved a tip that Miller was viewing child pornography using the TOR network, according to FOX 43. Police collected 639 images and 431 videos of child pornography from Miller's computer and digital devices. The "most violent" of the images involved Anime "depicting adults committing sexual abuse on toddlers and prepubescent girls", according to court documents. Prosecutor Bloom said that those should not be dismissed as "simply cartoons".He was found guilty by jury in 90 minutes and has a potential to serve 5-20 years in prison according to YDR.

ReplyDeleteSuch a reflective post, also there is highly authorized CIPD level 3 assignment writers providing the best academic guidance to students at very reasonable rates to speed up writing work.
DeleteA bald, fat neckbeard Brony who's also a degenerate? What a surprise!
ReplyDeleteAlso: Miller, lol.
York is my neighboring county. They will be coming for me next :D
ReplyDeleteI mean, they SHOULD be dismissed as only cartoons, because the entire purpose of child porn laws is to protect children from harm. Nobody is harmed by a drawing and this crime is literally without victim. But most countries have idiotic laws regarding this and it's too touchy of a subject to gain any real traction towards changing it.
ReplyDeleteI agree.
DeleteThe real problem is that pedos aren't all the same. They have categories, the most noticeable ''predators'' and ''not predators''. They're self explanatory. However, what happens if you take away their only means to handle the illness that afflicts them?! Considering drawings illegal and accountable, will turn a lot of non-predators in actual beasts.
DeleteAh, yes, I feel so much safer knowing that this dangerous criminal is behind bars. Who knows what harm this monster could have done?
ReplyDeleteDisgusting crime; thankfully he was caught. However, the reporter could have just called him a "man" instead of pulling that bullshit. Instead, he chose to put him being a "brony" in the spotlight, and in doing so, only making bait for the haters. Fuck the mainstream media.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the pain of furries and CSI.
Delete>the most violent of the images was an anime
ReplyDeleteReally makes one ponder...
It probably was lolicon or shotacon...
DeleteSo... did he actually have CP, or was it just "violent anime"?? Fucking hell, is it seriously illegal to own graphic cartoon images? God damn.
ReplyDeleteI guess that it is actual CP with violence. Other anime shows with violence are a different matter, like movies with violence.
DeleteLand of the free indeed >:l
ReplyDeleteThis pedo deserved what he got, and just because they're drawings doesn't mean that they're not harmful, that stuff he had most likely was lolicon or shotacon, two of the worst parts in the whole anime/manga community.
ReplyDeleteIn the meantime, I'd also report ZekromLullaby on DA, Youtube and Inkbunny, this werewolf cub rapist (you'll see why I'm calling him that) needs to get his ass terminated off of the Internet.
I am looking to learn more about this issue. Thank you for sharing. I will follow this site regularly.
