Back in July, Melania Trump was accused of plagiarizing a speech from Michelle Obama, which sparked one of the numerous controversies of the election. In the course of the debacle, Republican National Convention chief strategist Sean Spicer came to Melania's defense, citing My Little Pony's Twilight Sparkle as being an equally credible source for the phrases in question.
"Melania Trump said, 'the strength of your dreams and willingness to work for them.' Twilight Sparkle from 'My Little Pony' said, 'This is your dream. Anything you can do in your dreams, you can do now,' " Spicer said.
Well, that man who has an undeniably brony-esque recall of obscure My Little Pony dialogue, has just been chosen to be Donald Trump's Press Secretary.
If you ever needed proof that /mlpol/ is real, look no further.
SOAK IT IN
He's not a brony you dipshits. This wasn't recall at all. This guy said that he google searched portions of Melania's speech to get these results, which happened to include mlp. Christ, horse news.
ReplyDeleteSo wait, is fake news only acceptable when Trump supporters LIKE it?
DeleteSo what you're saying is that it's actually MELANIA that's the brony
Deletegot it
That quote wasn't even used in context correctly when he was trying to defend Melania. Any Brony or "Horsefucker" (or anyone else for that matter) who has seen that episode would know that Twilight was speaking in the context of a dream, and not the waking world like Melania was talking about.
ReplyDeleteYes, but any brony would seek any opportunity to reveal their power levels on a national stage like that, even if Milhouse'd to death.
DeleteLet's dispel once and for all with this fiction that Sean Spicer doesn't know what he's doing. He knows exactly what he's doing.
ReplyDeleteTo paraphrase Marcobot.
DeleteI want to cum inside Twilight Sparkle.
ReplyDeleteBronies pretend they hate this because Trump

ReplyDeleteIt appears there might be a mix-up in the discussion topic. "Trump picks Brony for Press Secretary" doesn't seem to directly relate to "SUN power supply." Could you please provide more context or clarify the connection between the two topics? This will help me offer a more relevant comment or response.
