Soundmonkey44: The Very Personification of Shillery, part 1

Sometimes, autism can build up in a person to the point where they can no longer function when communicating with other people. Soundmonkey44's acts of shillery are probably the farthest anybody has ever gone with shilling. I'd wager to say he is the definiton of not having a life... Oh wait...



Soundmonkey's story begins with his Twitter profile. Scrolling down his page, one may begin to experience a tingling sensation in your head. Ignore that, those are just brain cells dying by the billions. Yes, Soundmonkey's posts are that bad. Looking at his Twitter, you may find posts like this. Or this. Or this. I think you get the point. Soundmonkey44 is one of those people. Normally, that wouldn't be enough to warrant an article about him. However, Soundmonkey's bullshit crosses the line when he started getting very vocal about IDW comics, and in particular, writer Ted Anderson.

Soundmonkey44 came to my attention just yesterday after a rival pony media site posted an interview with Ted Anderson. Despite said website typically attempting to be neutral, it went ahead with a risky move and supported Ted Anderson. My first contact with this strange creature came when I replied to a comment that read "Cept Teds not sexist.... The people who attacked him were pretty sexist, but he himself is just big on feminism, and making quality stories for children & young girls." [link]. That's right, despite incontrovertible proof that Ted Anderson at the very least supports a hateful individual (No, it wasn't satire, and Ted never thought so. Shortly after his official apology he rescinded it on another forum.). Soundmonkey's personal views are also clearly twisted since he considers himself both a feminist and an egalitarian!
Note the reply by SM44, one of Soundmonkey's burner accounts (will be detailed later)

Digging some more, it is easy to learn that Soundmonkey also is a fan of feminism, looking at some of the things he has posted on his Twitter.
Can somebody please tell me what the fuck "intersecting" means in this context? Hell, what the fuck does half this shit mean? Gender socialization????? This is the shit we have to deal with here, people!

Children shouldn't be online if they can't handle harrassment. Women shouldn't either. Why just those two groups? Oh, right, spineless beta feminist.
As you can see, we are off to a great start. Tune in real soon for part two of the Soundmonkey saga, which entails what he does on The Round Stable! Also, check back to this article, more images on his Twitter will be added, there is really way too many for me to post them all right now.

But, you know, this whole article is just my opinion.

      You know, this has already been covered here, but I think one thing thats just abit depressing in general is that exploitative humor is an acceptable part of online culture/ modern society. I mean call me old fashioned, but I personally don't find jokes about things like Rape, STDs, Cancer, etc to be funny, but a lot of people for some reason do.... kind of shows how messed up society is.

      That DWM thread is very depressing to read through for me personally I used to go to Round Stable regularly and before that thread, most everyone on the forum seemed ok, but as soon as that hit, suddenly everyone became obsessed with trying to force gender/identity politics and social issues into the fandom.

      These are the same people who used the label of rape apologists as a blanket generalization for people who supported the Molestia blog, including Pixelkitties, and if you've ever met her in person, you know how cool of a person she is. Afterwards Pixelkitties actually responded and called out the people who were using the term rape apologist towards her. Their response to her ranged from shit posting, to some support, but mostly she was ignored which is a popular thing I've seen TRS posters do when they're proven wrong or called out for being shitty people. It's pretty much what they do when their echo chamber feminism subforum called Twilight's Soapbox is disturbed by someone with a different opinion.       You'll also notice in that thread that the people who are putting forth the points that TRS is supposed to be a site about the show and not social justice, that the mods and admins of the site are getting too involved with the topic and are putting their personal feelings over being unbiased in their moderation and that generalizing the entire Molestia fan base as sexist and contributors to a rape culture is not a convincing way to get your argument across are now banned. Meanwhile the extreme feminist view point holders are given much more leeway and even given positions of power in some cases on the site. Yeah that's their forum's culture. It's shitty, and it's why I stopped going there so much.

      Yes he has set his tweets to private which I think is silly because he's letting you know you bother him, why he's not fighting back, I don't know. But the fact is he's made some hateful posts and is always raving about how bad fan bases are and what you have done here is behave accordingly by singling him out and devoting an entire post to insult someone who's practically a nobody.     I'm not Soundmonkey44 and I made the mistake of assuming you wrote this blog, so I admit that and apologize.

    I also answered your question about how is this validating Soundmonkey's tweets, it's because this person is behaving in a way that confirms a lot of Soundmonkey's crap tweets about how horrible fans and the internet are. You could have seen this had he not locked his posts, but they were there. Just go to Round Stable and look at the butt kissing and shit talking he does there, if he hasn't deleted or edited his posts.

    So I have not gotten defensive because I have seen this Soundmonkey44 guy around on a bunch of forums, he is a jerk for sure and has some some awful stuff, but the guy who wrote this is also being a jerk. So when I say "two kids fighting in a sandbox" I mean Soundmonkey44 and the writer here.

    They both posted something mean about the other person, which they're free to do, I just think it's not constructive in any way and they both look bad.
