So over the weekend I've been gone and the rest of HN couldn't be arsed to care, but we have 2 pieces of convention news I guess. BABScon announced Brian and Brynna Drummond as future guests, and EFNW announced an Art contest. Also the BABScon panel/table/musician registration deadline is tomorrow. So get on that.

Hello everypony! We wanted to remind you all that the Everfree Northwest 2015 Art Contest, with a grand prize of a $75 Amazon gift card, ends next Sunday November 30th at 11:59pm PST! Artists of all skill levels and along the artistic spectrum are welcome, from digital and traditional artists to sculptors and knitters. If it’s visual you can enter!
You submission must reflect one of the following two themes:
- Cooperation. Show ponies and/or other races from the world of My Little Pony working together.
- Front Page. Create art of our Convention OC! (References – 1, 2, 3)
We will have 1 Grand Prize winner, who will win a $75 Amazon gift card. We will also have 2 runners-up who will each win a $25 Amazon gift card.
You can submit your entries my emailing the EFNW contest email at contest@everfreenw.com or by sending a personal message to the Everfree Northwest devaintART account with a link to your submission. Be sure to include your name (fanon or actual) and the name of your entry!
Remember, your entry must reflect one of the provided themes to be considered. It also must reflect nothing higher than a PG rating.

BABSCon is pleased to announce that the father-daughter duo of Brian and Brynna Drummond are back again and more powerful than ever! Brian is the voice of many of the stallions on MLP:FiM, including Seabreeze, Mr. Cake, Dr. Hooves, Filthy Rich, Caramel, Sheriff Silverstar, and Daring Do’s archnemesis, Ahuizotl, among others. He also voiced the mysterious ‘Delivery Pony’ from Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks. This is all, of course, in addition to his extensive voice acting and acting career in other works (with 190 IMDB credits)! A few notable mentions of Brian’s career are Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z, Ryuk on DeathNote, Kruncha and Nuckal on the animated lego TV series Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and a number of roles in franchises like Transformers, X-Men, Mobile Suite Gundam, and Inspector Gadget. Brian even voiced Spike in a few 3rd generation My Little Pony movies!
Following in her father’s foot steps, Brynna Drummond is well on her way to becoming prominent in the next generation of voice actors. She voices John Darling on The New Adventures of Peter Pan, but you know her best as Cutie Mark Crusader #4, Babs Seed, on MLP:FiM.
